Job Opportunity: Virtual Insurance Coordinator for a High-Performing Dental Office ?????
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping patients understand their insurance benefits while supporting a growing dental team? We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Insurance Coordinator to join our remote team! You’ll be handling a variety of insurance-related tasks—all with clear training tutorials provided for your success.
???? REQUIRED:
Prior experience with dental or medical insurance claims and denial management
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up with insurance companies
Proficient in using dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) is a PLUS
A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
???? You’ll Be:
Processing and submitting insurance claims accurately and on time
Following up on unpaid or denied claims
Helping patients understand their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities
Keeping meticulous records of claims, payments, and communications
Working closely with our front desk and billing teams to keep patient accounts accurate
