Shopify Website Designer (Hair & Beauty Brand) – Redesign & Optimisation

We’re Batanaful – a growing natural haircare brand built on transparency, heritage, and results. We’re looking for a skilled Shopify Web Designer (or Developer with design flair) to redesign our Shopify website to reflect our elevated brand and improve conversions.

You’ll be working on a full refresh of the site – homepage, product pages, collections, and overall layout. Our focus is on clean design, mobile-first experience, and high conversion. You must be confident in both technical Shopify skills and eye-catching, brand-aligned design.

Responsibilities:
Update or redesign our Shopify theme (2.0 preferred)
Rebuild homepage, collection pages, and product templates
Optimise layout for mobile responsiveness and speed
Add trust signals: customer reviews, badges, guarantees
Improve UX for our target customers (hair repairers, green shoppers, premium buyers)
Create or update banners, lifestyle images, and homepage sections
Ensure proper linking with email flows (Klaviyo), SEO structure, and apps

Must-Have Skills
Proven Shopify theme editing experience (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS)
Experience with Shopify 2.0 and app integrations
Strong understanding of ecommerce UX design
Ability to create conversion-optimised layouts
Eye for clean, minimalist beauty brand design
Excellent English and communication skills
