Virtual Assistant & Customer Support Representative (Shopify Experience Required!)

We are an eCommerce business looking for a reliable virtual assistant with Shopify experience to join our team. This role focuses on customer support, product uploading, and management, and we are looking for someone who can grow with us over time.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer chats, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly

Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders and shipping updates

Upload and manage products on our Shopify store (essential to have product uploading experience!)

Be available during US working hours (9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time)

Use Shopify, Google Drive, Trello, chat apps, and VoIP/internet phone apps as part of daily tasks

Requirements:
Experience using Shopify is a must – please do not apply if you don’t have Shopify experience

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail

Can work independently and stay focused without constant supervision

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Workload & Availability:
The paid workload starts at approximately 4 hours per day. However, you must be available and reachable by phone and chat during the entire 8-hour US business day (9 AM–5 PM Eastern). As the business grows, your responsibilities and paid hours may increase to full-time.

Pay Rate:
$4 USD per hour for up to 4 hours of paid work per day

Availability required during full 8-hour workday (for customer communications)
