Social Media VA – Lead Engagement & CRM Support

We’re hiring a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage daily social engagement, lead nurturing, and CRM tracking across three platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will:
• Find and engage with new leads (likes, comments, follows)
• Send thoughtful intro/thank-you DMs to warm up prospects
• Track all actions and responses in our CRM system
• Support scheduling of content
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements

???? 6 hours per day – 7 days a week
?? 2 hours per platform: LinkedIn (priority), Instagram, TikTok
