JOB OVERVIEW

Nexa Compliance is a boutique compliance consultancy helping fintech and gaming companies navigate regulatory complexity with confidence. We’re growing fast and looking for a highly reliable, experienced Virtual Assistant who can support our founder (Martin) across executive operations and light compliance documentation.

This is not an entry-level VA role — we’re looking for someone structured, proactive, and process-driven who can take ownership of critical admin and workflow responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the founder’s inbox, calendar, and meeting scheduling

Handle client follow-ups and documentation tracking

Assist with compliance tasks: file organization, KYC document preparation, template-based reporting

Maintain internal SOPs and task trackers

Help streamline workflows and support business operations

Bonus if familiar with compliance frameworks (AML/KYC, onboarding, etc.)

Our Ideal Candidate:

3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Compliance Admin

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp, Slack, Zoom

Background in finance, legal, or compliance sectors a plus

Able to work independently and take initiative in a small team setting

This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a larger position over time.
