Walmart Product Listing Assistant – Detail-Oriented, Coachable, and Eager to Learn

We’re seeking a reliable and coachable Product Listing Assistant to help us upload and manage product listings on Walmart Marketplace. This role is perfect for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys clear communication, and can follow instructions and feedback effectively.

Responsibilities:
Upload and edit product listings on Walmart Seller Center

Ensure accurate entry of product titles, descriptions, features, prices, and images

Categorize products correctly and follow Walmart’s compliance guidelines

Communicate any issues or roadblocks clearly and promptly

Make revisions based on feedback and collaborate with the team for ongoing improvements

Ideal Candidate Traits:
Coachable and open to learning new tools and processes

Responsive and communicative during work hours

Detail-focused and able to spot inconsistencies or mistakes

Experience with Walmart product listing (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Shopify is a plus

Requirements:
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions

High-speed internet and reliable computer

Availability to communicate during US business hours (at least partially)
