Appointment / DM Setter

We are a growing online fitness coaching company that helps women aged 35 to 55 finally lose weight and keep it off for good. We work with women who have tried everything and feel stuck. We give them the support structure and strategy they need to succeed.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable DM Setter to join our remote team and help connect with more women who need our support. Your job will be to start conversations, build trust and book calls for women who are ready to take the next step.
What you will be doing
Messaging potential clients on Instagram.


Following up with women who have shown interest in coaching.


Booking calls for our coaching team.


Keeping track of leads and conversations in our CRM.


Encouraging and supporting women to take action.


You will be a great fit if
You are confident in written English and love chatting in DMs.


You are kind, understanding and can build trust quickly.


You are organised and reliable and can hit simple daily goals.


You have done appointment setting customer service or sales before.
You have experience with fitness.


You want to work remotely and enjoy flexible hours.
