Growth-Focused Ecommerce VA Wanted for Irreverent Fashion Brand Launch

I’m launching a sunglasses label with a cult brand tone and viral potential — now I need someone who can help bring the traffic.

The store is built. The products are loaded. The branding is strong and a little unhinged.

Now we need eyes on it. Literally.

Looking for a Growth VA who:
• Has helped Shopify stores grow from $0–$10K/month
• Knows how to bring traffic (TikTok, Instagram Reels, memes, Reddit, UGC, etc.)
• Can set up and test basic Facebook/IG ad campaigns
• Understands how to pitch influencers/creators for free product or collabs
• Can repurpose tone + brand style into content ideas or posts
• Bonus: Knows how to get backlinks or post in fashion communities

This is not a product upload job — I need someone who thinks like a marketer and works fast.

I also want to be clear that I’m looking for someone to be involved with the project long term. If you deliver the results I’m after, I won’t be keen to see you go.
