We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social presence and help grow our brand across platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our voice, building community, and driving engagement across all major social channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create compelling and on-brand content.
Monitor performance analytics and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and growth.
Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Engage with the community — responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Coordinate social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
Work with influencers or brand ambassadors as needed to amplify reach.
Ensure consistent branding and tone across all social media platforms.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proven experience growing social media audiences and creating engaging content.
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific strategies.
Data-driven mindset and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
