JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented female Virtual Assistant passionate about lead generation, social media management, and administrative support? I’m Amanda Griffiths, a real estate professional with Engel & Völkers and founder of Realtor Girls. I’m looking for someone to join my team and help me grow my business while creating a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct lead generation through various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, email, etc.).
Manage and grow my social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies for lead conversion.
Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Track and report key metrics for social media and lead generation performance.
Stay updated on real estate trends and strategies to improve campaigns and content.
Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation and social media management.
Proficient in Canva, social media scheduling tools, and basic video editing.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Preferred (but not required):

Experience working with realtors or in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.
