???? We’re expanding our U.S.-based Real Estate Investment Team and need a Rockstar Manager to lead our growing cold calling department!

???? Your Role:
Manage, train, and motivate a team of 10–20 Cold Callers

Track KPIs, ensure targets are hit, and coach for performance

Help hire, onboard, and support new agents

Report daily progress and work closely with U.S. leadership

Be the glue that keeps our team productive and thriving!

? We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Cold Calling Team Leader or BPO Supervisor (Real Estate)

Excellent English (American/Neutral Accent)

Strong communication & people management skills

Familiar with CRMs, dialers, spreadsheets & performance tools

Has fast internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
