TBC Studios produce some of Australia's FAVOURITE podcasts ... yep literally #1 on the top charts.
But we're not your average podcast studio ... TBC Studios is where sound meets strategy.

Most podcast studios will give you a room with a mic, hit record and edit it into something you can upload to Buzzsprout, perhaps with a reel or two to share on social media.

We don’t do that.

We start every single podcast with the intention to build a brand and a community, to create something that people can't wait to listen to every single week.

But we're not just creating content. Every single podcast we put out into the world has the potential to be exactly what someone needs to hear today to change their life.

And our job is to get those episodes into the ears of those that need to hear it most.

We work with incredible brands, influencers and people who are voices of authority in their field ... and are searching for an amazing Content Co-ordinator /Admin Assistant who can work alongside our producers to ensure our clients and team have everything they need to create the highest impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Briefing in episodes for our producers to work on (this includes receiving and sorting files from clients, matching audio and video

* Overseeing clickup alongside our creative producers to ensure all deadlines are met in full

* Liaising with clients, reminding them of due dates/deadlines, sending assets for approval and briefing in any revisions

* Assisting clients with any challenges they encounter

* End to end email management including proactive replies and actioning tasks

* File management and organisation

* Maintaining and updating runsheets

* Uploading and scheduling content across platforms

*Ad-hoc tasks as required including guest research, outreach and the opportunity to learn production tasks

We would love you to apply if:

* You have experience working remotely and are tech savvy

* You have FAST internet and a computer that is capable of downloading AND uploading large files (Can be 50GB+)

* You have experience managing multiple client relationships and juggling multiple deadlines

* You are highly organised, great at multitasking and ensuring all tasks are completed in full

* You have exceptional communication skills and go above and beyond to ensure your clients are always happy

* You are meticulous and have high attention to detail

* Nothing makes you happier than seeing all files organised in the right space in the right time

* You are tech savvy, are always looking to upskill and be proactive with any challenges you encounter

* You have experience working with Notion, Clickup, Premier Pro and/or Descript or are willing to learn

* You are proactive, take initiative and passionate about the success of our clients

* You are process driven and love looking for ways to increase efficiency

* You are adaptable, resourceful and happy to take on additional responsibilities as needed
