Email Outreach Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for prospecting, initiating contact with potential clients, and managing follow-up communications to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients using various tools and databases
- Locate and verify email addresses of decision-makers at target companies
- Send outreach emails
- Track email metrics including deliverability, open rates, and response rates
- Develop and implement a strategic follow-up schedule to maximize responses
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements
- Proven experience in email outreach, lead generation, or similar role
- Proficiency with email finding tools
- Experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Reply, Lemlist)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
