We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative
We're a growing eCommerce business and things are moving fast — which means we're looking to add a few solid team players ASAP! We're specifically looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally with a good understanding of how dropshipping works.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to
Navigate Shopify – Confidently help customers through our Shopify store.
Work with the Team – Collaborate with fellow support agents to resolve customer concerns.
Handle Minimal Tasks as Needed – Light admin tasks, basic data entry, or order checking may be assigned occasionally to support team workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
eCommerce & Dropshipping Knowledge – You understand how online stores and the fulfillment process work.
Shopify Experience – You’ve used Shopify and can troubleshoot customer issues confidently.
Customer Support Pro – You’ve worked in support before and know how to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
Fluent English – You write and speak English clearly.
Team-Oriented – You’re easy to work with and enjoy collaborating.
Bonus Points – Experience using Gorgias or Richpanel is a big plus.
Tech-Ready – You have a reliable computer, strong internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
