TRADE MARKETING OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and check the accuracy of cash & check (dated/post dated) remittances versus invoices prepared by salesman per route
Ensure returned checks will be replaced by customers concerned
Updating of accounts receivables and ensure that customers are well inform of their semi-monthly overdue payables and payments made beyond agreed credit term/line
Preparation of customers statement of accounts and disseminate per salesman in-charge
Be able to visit customers personally to ensure credibility of salesman in-charge
