What you’ll be doing:
- Researching and creating images/footage for social media posts
- Researching and posting compelling content and hashtags to drive engagement on social media
- Scheduling social media posts in Canva/Hootsuite or other similar platforms
- Monitoring and creating reports on social media outcomes for reporting to clients
- Supporting website updates (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, content refreshes)
- Creating, scheduling and analysing
- Managing basic SEO tasks (meta tags, keyword updates, traffic insights)
- Setting up and reporting on paid social and Google Ads campaigns
- Preparing client reports and dashboards
Must haves:
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing (freelance or in-house)
- 2–4 years experience in content creation and execution on social media platforms
- Solid grasp of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Confident using Mailchimp (or similar
- Strong written communication skills and ability to follow a brief
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in remote meetings and proactive with check-ins
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Hootsuite, Trello/Notion, or SEO software (e.g., SEMrush)
- Experience working with clients in aviation, sustainability or events
