We do residential construction and there are dozens of processes that we need to have documented and create a process for them. Some of the processes that we are looking to document and make more efficient is our sales department, customer communication department, on site project management, sub contractor management, material order management, and others. I need someone who can document our current process and then we can redefine that process, document it how we need it to be, and then help us implement the new process.

I would like to hear one example of processes that you have set up and how you work in an organized way to create a system that a team can work through. What construction experience do you have to help you understand what is happening on a jobsites/in project processes? Have you worked for a construction company or any company based in the USA before?
