JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Manager with deep expertise in Facebook Ads to take full ownership of our paid campaigns — from strategy through execution and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who’s data-driven, proactive, and confident running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns independently. You’ll be working alongside Andrea, who handles content, while you lead everything ad-related.

???? What You’ll Do:
Translate campaign goals into strategic, results-driven Facebook ad campaigns
Create, launch, and manage ads using content provided or curated by you
Set up and manage Meta Business Manager and ad accounts
Install and optimize Facebook Pixel for tracking and conversions
Plan and execute A/B tests to improve performance
Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy as needed
Provide performance reports and actionable insights on a regular basis

? What You Bring:
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns end-to-end
Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Pixel implementation
Analytical mindset with a strategic, results-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable owning ad execution while working alongside a content support team

???? Hours & Schedule:
Estimated: 5–10 hours/week to start
Flexible hours, with some overlap in EST preferred
Opportunity to scale up as campaigns grow and performance improves
