The Airbnb Cleaning Services Coordinator is a full-time position we created 3 years ago — and it’s been a game-changer for our company and team. We’re growing fast in the Airbnb cleaning space across South East Queensland, Australia. This role sits at the heart of it all: the link between our clients and our on-ground cleaning teams.
Your mission? Ensure not a single detail is missed during your shift.
From tracking minute-to-minute changes to solving real-time issues, your coordination superpowers will keep our services running smoothly.

????? What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating cleaning services in real-time during your shift
Communicating clearly and efficiently with cleaning teams and clients
Updating our master Google Spreadsheet with any and all changes
Working with templates and tools to speed up your workflow
Using (and learning!) different platforms and tech as needed
Making decisions with limited information when timing is tight
Flagging pending tasks and updates for the next person on shift
Collaborating with the Head of Coordination to improve systems and service

Excellent in written English communication
Organised, diligent, and reliable
Able to work independently with accuracy
Obsessed with attention to detail
Tech-comfortable (Google Sheets is a must!)
Systematic, yet able to move quickly
Trustworthy, honest, and proactive
Ready to grow with a small, fast-paced team
