We’re on the lookout for a dependable, experienced SEO Auditor who can join our international team and grow with us for the long term.

Role Overview
This is a high-responsibility role for someone who knows their way around technical SEO audits and can clearly explain both problems and opportunities. You’ll be expected to audit each Dispenza website and location weekly, and deliver daily SEO reports to help our teams take action.

We're happy to teach our internal systems, but you must come into this role already experienced in auditing and confident in communicating SEO value.


What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct weekly SEO audits across multiple websites
- Track and evaluate performance KPIs (rankings, crawl health, site speed, etc.)
- Build easy-to-understand reports and visual data graphs
- Send daily summaries: positive performance to one team, problem areas to another
- Offer clear, concise SEO insights and recommendations
- Be reliable, consistent, and proactive with communication


What You Need to Succeed
- Solid experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Ability to create clean data visuals in Google Sheets, Excel, or Data Studio
- Fluent written English with the ability to explain SEO in simple terms
- Strong work ethic and consistent daily availability
- Stable internet connection and experience working remotely



Bonus Points For
- Experience auditing multi-location or international sites
- Familiarity with localization SEO
- Previous remote work with US-based teams
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
