Job Overview:
We’re a multi 7-figure ecommerce company looking for a full-time Video Editor who’s fast, creative, and knows how to make ads that sell. You’ll be editing video ads for Meta
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Edit 15–45 sec direct response video ads (hook ? problem ? solution/testimonial/demo)
- Create TikTok/Reels style videos using UGC and stock footage
- Add sound effects, captions, transitions, and text overlays
- Follow trends and keep up with top-performing ad formats
- Work closely with our creative team to meet deadlines
- Ensure videos follow Meta and TikTok ad policies
- Use ChatGPT (or similar) to help with scripts, hooks, and ad copy ideas
Requirements:
- 2+ years editing video ads for ecommerce or direct response
- Expert in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X
- Familiar with TikTok editing style (fast cuts, text popups, raw feel)
- Understands direct response ad structure and what drives performance
- Can work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
- Highly reliable, organized, and can work independently
- Strong internet connection and fluent English
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Knows how to analyze winning ads
- Experience with CapCut, After Effects, or motion graphics
- Can source UGC/stock footage creatively
- Background in editing for dropshipping or DTC brands
Work Hours & Pay:
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Fully remote, flexible work style as long as you meet deadlines and stay responsive
