Why We’re Hiring
We need a hands-on Ad Ops specialist who can take a TikTok/Meta budget, grow Spotify playlists, and hit positive ROAS quickly.
What You’ll Do
Own paid-social funnels (TikTok Ads Manager & Meta Ads) that drive follows, saves, and streams to multiple Spotify playlists.
Optimize toward cost-per-follow, cost-per-stream, and ROAS targets; pause, scale, and iterate fast.
Report in real time – build Looker/Sheets dashboards that translate ad spend into playlist revenue and LTV.
Experiment with new placements (Reels, Spark Ads, TikTok Search, etc.), audiences, and objectives.
2+ yrs managing TikTok and/or Meta campaigns.
Proven case studies of profitable fan-acquisition or playlist-growth campaigns (share the numbers).
Knowledge of Spotify for Artists, playlist ecosystems, and stream monetization basics.
Data-first mindset – comfortable in Excel/Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Strong English, proactive communicator, able to overlap with US Pacific time.
Startup/hustle mentality – you iterate fast and own outcomes.
Experience with UGC whitelisting, Spark Ads, or creator marketplaces.
Familiarity with programmatic/Google Ads for music.
