We are hiring a motivated Instagram Appointment Setter to turn our engaged Instagram audience into booked discovery calls for our premium coaching programs.

Why Join Us?

Compensation:
Starting base pay: $2/hour (part-time)
Plus: $100 one-time bonus after a successful 7-day trial week
Lucrative commission structure – unlimited earnings

Bonuses for Performance:
Earn $15–$17.50 per booked call (paid when the first call from that client converts into a sale)
5% commission per closed sale ($150–$350 per sale)

Weekly and Monthly Bonuses:
5 calls/week ? $15 bonus
10 calls/week ? $37.50 bonus
15+ calls/week ? $75 bonus
Hit daily activity goals ? $25 extra per week
15+ calls/month ? $50 extra per month
Stay active for 3 months ? $100 loyalty bonus

Career Growth:
After 30 days – Earn $20 per call (with 70%+ show rate)
After 90 days – 7% commission per sale
After 6 months – Additional $5 per call + team leader opportunities

Job Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients in Instagram DMs and comments
Qualify leads to see if they are the right fit for our programs
Book discovery calls with ideal prospects
Follow up to maximize bookings
Track and report daily activity
Identify objections and help optimize messaging

Who We Are Looking For:
Strong written English skills and the ability to build rapport naturally
Comfortable with Instagra ---------- ssaging and engagement
Organized and detail-oriented – ability to track conversations and follow up
Self-motivated and reliable – able to work independently
Experience in wellness, coaching, or high-ticket sales is a plus
Must thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven role
