Overview: Cinergy is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in expanding our network. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential members, articulating the value of Cinergy membership, and qualifying leads for our membership team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a proactive hunter, and passionate about building meaningful connections within the business community.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification and Qualification: Research and identify potential C-level executives and organizations that align with Cinergy's membership criteria. Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit within the network.
Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective members through various channels, including
Value Proposition Communication: Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of Cinergy membership, highlighting the opportunities for connection, learning, and growth.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective members, understanding their business objectives and identifying how Cinergy can support their success.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule introductory calls and meetings between qualified prospects and the membership team.
CRM Management: Accurately record and update all activities and prospect information in Pipedrive CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and membership team to develop effective outreach strategies and achieve membership growth targets.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the needs of C-level executives.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and provide regular reports on outreach efforts and progress.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to the team on prospect interactions and market insights to continuously improve outreach and messaging.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-level executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and other sales and marketing tools.
A genuine interest in fostering connections and understanding the needs of the business community.
