SaaS Agency & Automation Setup Expert (GHL)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy GHL Setup & Automation Specialist to help finalize the build-out of our SaaS agency using a white-labeled GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.

Important: We are not reselling GHL features. Our SaaS only provides AI-powered tools inside GHL for our clients. You must understand how to work within GHL while removing access or visibility of default GHL features.

Responsibilities:
-Connect all Call-To-Actions (CTAs):
Link all buttons and forms to the correct destination on our site, including:
1.Login/Signup
2.Stripe Payment Checkout
3.Website Chat Widget
4.Intro Video Integration

-User Access Flow Creation:
Build out a seamless experience once someone signs up (free or paid), leading them straight to the login page and dashboard with proper access settings.

-Chat Support Flow:
Create a simple automated chat support system (using workflows or integrations) to guide users, answer FAQs, and escalate to a live agent if needed.

-Rebranding:
Update all assets and internal platform references from our old agency name to the new one (logos, domains, workflows, emails, etc.)

Qualifications:
-Solid experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), especially White Label setups
-Familiar with SaaS onboarding flows and Stripe integrations
-UI/UX-minded – you understand how users think and how to guide them smoothly
-Can work independently and deliver quality work with minimal supervision
-Strong communication skills
-BONUS: Experience building AI integrations or chat support flows
