JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing property management business based in Australia seeking a passionate and organized Rooms Group Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As the Rooms Group Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality standards of our properties through close coordination with housekeepers, maintenance teams, and other departments. You will ensure that all properties meet our high operational standards by reviewing real-time photos, providing immediate feedback, and managing maintenance tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate photos submitted by housekeepers during property cleaning to ensure they meet our quality and operational standards. Focus on cleanliness, damages, or missing items and take immediate action as necessary.
Offer constructive feedback to housekeepers based on the photos submitted. This includes acknowledging completed tasks, addressing areas that need improvement, and raising concerns that require urgent attention.
Document any additional tasks or special requests from housekeepers for the next cleaning schedule and ensure that overlooked or special requirements are addressed promptly.
Identify and document maintenance issues during cleaning, such as broken furniture, plumbing problems, or malfunctioning appliances.
Create detailed maintenance tasks in Asana and assign them to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers for resolution.
Identify any claimable issues during cleaning (damaged items, missing goods) and create claims tasks in Asana.
Escalate claims to the appropriate department or team for processing and resolution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar operational role (experience in short-term rentals is a plus).
Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify problems quickly.
Excellent communication skills for providing real-time feedback to housekeepers and maintenance teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with task management tools like Asana is highly desirable.
