We are a fast-growing **US-based company** building a team of **high-performance outbound callers**.

Your job is simple:
???? Get on the phone
???? Qualify prospects
???? Overcome objections

No babysitting. No micromanagement. Just results.

## ???? Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

* Monday – Friday
* 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Pacific Time – US)
* 1-hour lunch break
* Full-Time (40 hours/week)

## ???? WHO WE ACTUALLY HIRE

You will ONLY be considered if you meet MOST of the following:

* ? **2+ years telemarketing or phone sales experience**
* ? Proven track record of **closing deals (not just calling)**
* ? Strong **objection-handling skills** (you don’t freeze under pressure)
* ? Experience with **auto-dialers / CRM systems**
* ? Comfortable working with **targets, KPIs, and call quotas**
* ? Self-managed, disciplined, and reliable
