Looking for Editors Who Can Create High-Converting VO/UGC Style Ads

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor to join our fast-growing E-commerce team. You’ll be editing high-converting video ads for products running on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.

We need someone who can take raw footage, voice-overs, and b-roll, and turn them into scroll-stopping video ads that perform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
?? Editing short-form video ads (30–60 seconds)
?? Creating TikTok-style, UGC, testimonial mashups, and voice-over based edits
?? Matching visuals to scripts and voice-overs for emotional impact
?? Adding subtitles, transitions, music, and animated text overlays
?? Keeping files clean, organized, and delivered on time
?? Working with our creative team and getting feedback to improve

REQUIREMENTS:
? Experience editing ads for e-commerce brands
? Must understand how to edit for Meta Ads (Facebook/IG)
? Can create native-style content (TikTok/Reels/UCG style)
? Knows how to pace a video, build emotion, and hook quickly
? Speaks and writes English well (you’ll work with scripts & VOs)
? Strong with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools
? Bonus: experience working with performance marketers or ad buyers
