Waiting Room Manager

Position: Free Waiting Room Manager
Location: Remote

Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated, community-focused individual to manage our Free Waiting Room on Whop. This is our public-facing space designed to give potential members a taste of what Strike Access has to offer. The goal is to keep the room active, engaging, and valuable—ultimately driving conversions to our full paid membership.

Responsibilities:
• Keep the Waiting Room community engaged through regular conversation and updates
• Share occasional free flips, finds, or lowkey deals to build trust and show value. These can be posts from our paid ---------- to show value.
• Answer basic questions and help users understand what Strike Access offers
• Highlight success stories, upcoming drops, and exclusive features of the full group
• Help funnel interested users into paid plans by showing the difference in value
• Collaborate with the core team to align messaging and growth goals

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication skills and understanding of reselling culture
• **MUST BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH ---------- **
• Experience in community management or moderation (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and familiar with ---------- and Whop
• Comfortable helping new users and turning interest into action
• FLUENT 100% in writing and communicating with English over text.

This role would be during daytime hours in Eastern Standard Time.

This is a key role in growing our community and converting free members into long-term, loyal subscribers. You’ll be on the frontlines of building trust, creating value, and showing what Strike Access is all about.
