Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist who excels at crafting conversion-focused campaigns and knows how to harness AI tools to scale creativity and relevance. You’ll design, execute, and optimize end-to-end email programs—using AI to personalize content, subject lines, and send-time strategies that lift open rates, click-through rates, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop email calendars aligned with launches, promotions, geographies and buyer personas
- Define audience segments and customer journeys based on behavioral and demographic data
- Work quickly to respond to our hyper-growth enviornment

AI-Enhanced Content Creation
- Use AI platforms to generate subject lines, preview text, and body copy that feel authentic and compelling
- Refine AI drafts to ensure on-brand voice, compliance, and spam-filter best practices

Automation & Segmentation
- Build and manage automated workflows (welcome series, behavior triggers, re-engagement) using Hubspot and Mailchimp
- Implement dynamic content blocks and advanced segmentation to maximize relevance

A/B Testing & Optimization
- Design and run tests on subject lines, layouts, CTAs, and send times
- Analyze test results to iterate and continuously improve key metrics

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc.)
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with marketing and leadership teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate on the creation of brand-aligned email templates and brand collateral
- Collaborate with the international marketing team on campaign creation and timing

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through email campaigns and automations
- Proficiency with AI copywriting tools (GPT-4, Grammarly, etc) to scale content production
- Expertise in email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and best practices for deliverability
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent command of English grammar, persuasive writing, and storytelling


Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced personalization
- Knowledge of lifecycle marketing frameworks, customer value optimization and persona marketing
- Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations
- Background in CRM integration, API and behaviorly driven email triggers
