Virtual Assistant for Wellness Brand (Canva, Instagram, Flodesk, Lead Magnets)

Hi! part-time with room to grow to help a women’s health and wellness brand . I’m a licensed provider and functional medicine coach with a growing presence on Instagram and Facebook.

I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented VA who can help me stay visible, consistent, and on-brand — without me needing to figue out Canva, IG etc....

???? You’ll help me with:
Creating simple, polished designs in Canva and some simple images in ChatGpt or Ideogram (IG posts, Flodesk headers, PDFs)

Scheduling posts to Instagram and Facebook (using your favorite tool — Later, Planoly, Canva Pro, Meta Suite — I’m flexible)

Formatting and managing Flodesk emails and landing pages (I already have a lot written)

Uploading and organizing my lead magnets in Canva (I have freebies to format and share)

Repurposing and organizing content I’ve already created (I have lots of ideas in notes and voice memos)

? Ideal tools/skills:
Canva (must be comfortable making clean, brand-consistent ebooks, quizes etc....with simple graphics)

Instagram + Facebook (understand post scheduling, story highlights, Reels)

Flodesk (basic automations, formatting emails, tagging subscribers)

Google Drive or microsoft word (for organizing files)

Bonus: Passionate about health and fitness and helping women thrive! Experience with Meta Scheduler, Later, Planoly, Trello, or Notion, Bonus if you can make simple video edits

You’re organized and love checklists

You have a good eye for visuals — even if you’re not a designer

You write clean English (I’ll tweak if needed — no pressure to be a copywriter, that's what I have Chatgpt for )

You’re proactive and thoughtful — I love when someone suggests improvements

You respect brand tone, but you also take initiative

This is a long-term role with room for growth for the right person. I want someone who feels proud of their work, and values clear communication.
