JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing luxe real estate and affiliate marketing business seeking a 10x sales closer to negotiate Airbnb arbitrage/co-hosting deals with property owners and close high-ticket affiliate sales (e.g., luxury menswear, real estate, SaaS). You’ll use GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and automation, ensuring kind, ethical, and FTC-compliant interactions with leads. If you’re technical, innovative, and have closed $10,000+/month in specialized niches, join us to drive exponential growth. Compensation: $20-$25/hour, based on experience and results, with potential for performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:
Contact ---------- property owners/week via email/SMS/calls using GHL, PropStream, and AI tools to secure luxe rental partnerships.

Negotiate and close 5-10 deals/month (arbitrage, co-hosting, affiliate sales like HubSpot, Pacaso, MR PORTER, $1,000-$25,000/sale).

Ensure FTC compliance (e.g., affiliate disclosures, TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and maintain kind, patient lead interactions.

Optimize closing scripts daily, tracking conversions in GHL for 2x-5x results.

Requirements:
Proven Results: Evidence of closing $10,000+/month in luxe real estate or high-ticket affiliate sales (e.g., “Closed 15 deals in March 2025, $50,000 total; 30% conversion rate”). Specify niche (e.g., real estate, SaaS, luxury) and metrics; exclude broad “affiliate marketing” claims.

Experience: 2+ years closing high-ticket deals; 1+ year using GHL or CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Technical Skills: Proficient in GHL, Twilio, Mailgun, PropStream, Likely.AI.

Innovation: Examples of optimizing scripts/workflows for 2x-5x results (e.g., case studies, metrics).

English: Native-level fluency (written/spoken); clear, professional communication.

Ethics: Knowledge of FTC compliance; commitment to kind, transparent lead handling.

Availability: 20 hours/week, flexible, starting immediately.
