Job Overview:
We are hiring for a Product Support Associate position at Innovamed Industries! The job role requires providing customer support, managing orders, updating invoices, and assisting in administrative tasks. If you are tech-savvy, organized, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:
-Order Management: Process and oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate entry and timely fulfillment. Track order progress, address any issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain a seamless workflow.
-Dispatch and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently, ensuring optimal routes and timely service. Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to monitor progress and address any logistical challenges.
-Invoicing: Prepare, review, and send invoices for completed orders. Ensure accuracy in billing details, apply any necessary adjustments, and maintain records for reference and reporting.
-Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels to ensure product availability and manage reordering as necessary. Regularly update inventory records and report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant department.
-Email Support: When needed, assist with responding to customer inquiries via email—this may include providing basic information about products, order status, or general concerns. Guidance and support will be available as needed to ensure accurate and professional communication.
-Customer Support via phone: May occasionally assist in addressing customer questions or concerns over the phone. Support will be provided to help handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
-General computer knowledge and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
-Tech-savvy
-Based in NCR/ Manila
-Strong English communication and coordination skills
-Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
-Willing to work in a graveyard shift
-At least 1 year of work-related experience
-Knowledge of medical equipment and a background in customer service are a plus.
