ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a small but fast-growing UK-based fashion eCommerce store looking for a reliable and detail-oriented customer service agent to join our team long-term. The role starts at around 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as we continue to expand.
You’ll be responsible for supporting customers via
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Responding to customer
- Handling orders, tracking updates, and issue resolutions via Shopify and Parcel Panel
- Using DeepL and ChatGPT to write helpful and clear replies
- Logging refunds, complaints, and common product issues
- Attending weekly check-in calls
- Following workflows and keeping internal sheets updated
- Sharing suggestions to improve customer experience and backend systems
TRAINING & SUPPORT PROVIDED
We’ll provide step-by-step video training, ready-to-use templates, clear workflows, and regular feedback so you feel supported and confident in your role.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in customer service (ideally in eCommerce or fashion dropshipping)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT
- 20 hours availability per week, including availability on weekends
- Not currently working a full-time job elsewhere
- A proactive mindset and a team player attitude
- Organised, dependable, and eager to learn and grow
- Bonus: Experience handling PayPal disputes or chargebacks
