JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of the following positions:

1. General Appointment Setter

Duties and Corresponding Responsibilities:

Incoming Calls – this includes taking incoming calls from prospective clients or customers and set appointments

Outgoing Calls – making outgoing calls are being done by most appointment setters by way of lists made by people who express interest through websites, e – mail, or direct mail coupons or through automated dialing systems.


Data Entry – Encoding or entry of data is an additional duty of an appointment setter as he or she lists any appointments he or she has made throughout the day.

All appointment setters’ main duty is to call a predetermined contact number of prospective clients and what they do next is to introduce them to the products or services being offered by the company. Their main objective is to set up a meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.

Requirements to be an Appointment Setter

Potential appointment setters should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills since they are working mainly over the phone as the first contact of clients. It is very important that the setters in behalf of their employer would portray a pleasant and professional working ethics.

They are required to pay close attention to details because they have the responsibility to document and provide all information needed for an appointment to happen.


Moreover, aspirants should conform to the standards of technical proficiency as numerous organizations employ compute – based scheduling software.

In companies where an appointment setter is needed, it is required that one must have sales experience since their salary depends on commissions.

2. Executive Virtual Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Database building, manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets (e.g. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)
Calendar Management or organize client’s schedule
Set up meetings between the client and his customers
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and visitors
Handle correspondence and transcribe documents
Prepare, organize, and ship proposals and meeting materials
Supervise billing and accounting
Process customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Complete market or internet research
Email Management/Filtering
Setting up Autoresponders (MailChimp)
Publish email newsletters
Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc.)
Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletters or others
Personal errands (purchasing gifts for loved ones / family members online)
Hotel and Flight Booking
Taking down minutes of meetings
Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
Preparing Slideshows (PowerPoint Presentations)
Liaison between you and other team members
Recruitment (source for other team members)
Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Manage and update Social Media Accounts

3. Social Media Marketing VA

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Social Media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create your custom business pages on each of the social media accounts
- Schedule a week worth of daily posts from funny memes, inspirational thoughts, or messages images related to your business, new product or service you offer
- Promote your blog or website
- Create a survey or promotion to engage people
-. Refer people to a blog post
- Update business info
- Add new products/features images and descriptions
- Log in and interact with followers
- Reply to comments
- Respond or forward messages
- Like comments and visit followers page and like pics or posts
- Invite people to like your page
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
- Create or run your email campaign
