JOB OVERVIEW

Job Type: 20–25 hours/week (with potential to grow very soon)
Location: Work from home (Philippines)
Starting Rate: $7-8/hour (with review as client base grows)
Working Hours: 6am to 11am PHT (11am to 4pm NZDT)
Clients: Currently 7 (hours and responsibilities will increase as we grow—potential for full-time soon)

What You’ll Do
• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (search-focused)
• Optimise campaigns weekly (keywords, bids, ad copy, extensions)
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• Prepare monthly reports with clear commentary and insights
• Attend team check-in calls per week via Teams (MWF or MF)
• Communicate clearly and deliver quality work on time

Who We’re Looking For
• At least 4 years’ hands-on Google Ads experience
• Reliable, proactive, and intentional—no disappearing acts
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, keyword match types, and campaign optimisation
• Able to write clear, insightful reports
• Honest, easy to work with, and open to feedback
• Ready to grow with us as our client base expands
