We want a sharp, driven communicator who knows how to hold a conversation, ask the right questions, and convert curiosity into action. If you can talk the talk and back it up with hustle, let’s talk.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound real estate leads (text, phone, email, and social).
Your job? Qualify them. Understand their needs. Book appointments that matter.
Follow up like a pro. The money is in the follow-up—so you’ll have systems and scripts that work (but still leave room for your style).
Keep our CRM clean, updated, and tight. If you hate updating systems, this role might not be for you.
Work closely with our agents to hand off solid, ready-to-act buyers and sellers.

Qualifications:
Has a persuasive personality and can connect with anyone—on the phone especially.
Knows that sales isn’t about hard pitches, it’s about listening and solving.
Is organized, self-motivated, and loves the thrill of hitting goals.
Ideally has real estate experience (but we’ll train the right person).
Bonus points if you’ve used platforms like Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, etc.
Proven track record with being an ISA with at least 2 years of experience
Impeccable English speaking skills
