We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and have experience with real estate-related tasks, helping streamline daily operations and enhance productivity. If you are efficient, reliable, and have a passion for real estate, we would love to work with you!
Responsibilities:
Assist with real estate listings and ensure all property information is accurate and up to date.
Assist with the backend of transactions, uploading documents to compliance system.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring proper documentation of all client interactions.
Coordinate property showings, meetings, and appointments.
Attend Zoom tea
Provide administrative support for tier 3 agents and the team leader, handling tasks as needed.
Provide customer support via
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling,
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
Fast learner and quick ability to pick up on tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing real estate websites or listing platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Follow Up Boss and project management softwares.
Solid TC Experience
Other Information:
Starting pay is Php50,000-Php60,000/month

Schedule of work is from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST
