Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Type: Full-Time
Reports to: CEO
Performance Reviews: Monthly
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (based on appointments booked)

About the Role:

In the world of pavement asset management, timing and planning are everything. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for commercial property owners and business owners who rely on expert assessments to maintain their parking lots and roadways.

Your role is to generate leads, qualify opportunities, schedule assessments, and create customized proposals that help clients make informed, cost-effective maintenance decisions. You’ll also manage ongoing lead communication via email and ensure each opportunity is moving forward in the pipeline.

Not only will you make a great income but you will also receive world class sales training directly with our CEO.

Why You’ll Be Paid:

- Outbound calls to qualified commercial prospects
- Booking pavement assessment appointments
- Creating and sending tailored proposals
- Managing and advancing leads via email communication
- Supporting the conversion of assessments into closed deals

Your Core Responsibilities:

Daily:

- Make 75 targeted outbound calls and send emails to introduce our pavement asset management services
- Qualify inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with previous contacts
- Draft and send customized proposals based on each property's needs

Weekly:

- Schedule on-site pavement assessments with decision-makers
- Manage active leads via email, CRM, and calendar tools
- Work closely with the CEO and sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and client experience

Monthly:

- Review completed assessments and assist in summarizing findings for clients
- Track performance metrics, optimize outreach strategies, and prepare for review
- Analyze proposal acceptance rates and iterate for better results
