Griffin Cloud is a marketing and software development company specializing in ERP, CRM, and social media solutions. We Provide software, services and support to our 5 internal brands and externally to our customers as well. We provide SAAS platforms as well as the staff to do customizations and resources to use the platforms if necessary.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to lead and support end-to-end web development projects across our organization. This individual will be responsible for the planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and high-performing websites and applications. They will work collaboratively with design, marketing, operations, and IT teams to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring consistency and best practices across our digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is both technically adept and strategically minded—able to translate business needs into elegant and maintainable web solutions, while also thinking ahead to scalability, user experience, and system integration.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers in Figma to convert design prototypes into interactive web experiences.
- Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
- Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
- Directing or performing Website updates.
- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing tea ---------- mbers who produce content.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
- Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
- Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong experience working with Figma and translating design files into code.
- Solid knowledge of programming and web development practices.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby).
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with development terminology and documentation.
- Experience with Figma

Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical. concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with headless CMSs, JAMstack, or static site generators.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong project management abilities.
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-tenant web architecture.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
