Credit Repair Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, driven, meticulous, and experienced individual to join our team and assist us with daily duties of credit report rebuilding. This role will be responsible for analyzing credit reports, identifying negative impacts, taking the necessary steps to resolve them, and keeping clients and management informed of progress.

Job Duties:
Analyze credit reports, determine discrepancies or inaccuracies, negative items, and/or outdated information to take corrective action.
Conduct regular credit checks every 30 days through various sources to monitor and track credit progress.
Keep management and clients informed of credit activity and progress.
Draft dispute resolution letters to send creditors and all credit bureaus.
File FTC reports, CFPB complaints, and opt-out prescreen disputes.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information.

Job Skills:
Credit analysis experience
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or similar software
Letter drafting experience
Experience with Experian Upload
Ability to learn, adapt, and apply knowledge quickly
