Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Programmatic Account Manager who knows Google Ads well. Your main job will be talking with clients and making sure their needs are clearly communicated to our team. While you won't be creating the ads yourself, you should understand important advertising metrics such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPCV (Cost Per Completed View).

Key Responsibilities:

Work from 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time (USA).

Act as the main contact person between JointCommerce and our clients, handling daily communications, updates, and planning.

Understand client goals and clearly explain these goals to our internal teams.

Check ad campaigns regularly and give recommendations based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPCV metrics.

Work closely with our teams to make sure projects are finished on time.

Create and present easy-to-understand reports to clients about campaign performance.

Suggest new ways to help clients improve their advertising and grow their relationship with JointCommerce.


Qualifications:
At least one year of experience with online advertising, especially programmatic advertising and Google Ads.

Experience talking to clients, managing relationships, and clearly explaining campaign details.

Understanding of digital advertising terms and metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPCV.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.

Good at analyzing data and making smart decisions based on numbers.

Able to handle several projects at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Google Ads certification.

Experience with other programmatic advertising platforms.

Familiar with managing clients in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) settings.
