Amazon Product Reviewey/Buyer - FOR OA

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Product Reviewer/Buyer to join our team. This is a full-time job.
Schedule will be 7:00 AM to 3:00 pm EST.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review OA leads daily from 3-4 OA sourcers and make recommendations to buy on a buy sheet.
- Once approved, you will be tasked with buying those products
- Track sales and ROI for products that sold out, making re-order recommendations.
- Review leads and provide feedback to sourcing VAs.
- Hire help and train new sourcing VA's

Your entire job? Review products at a HIGH level, buy inventory, and suggest replens. This job is high importance. Because of this, starting pay is $5 per hour, upwards to $10-14 per hour long term.

Requirements:
Must have previous Amazon OA sourcing experience (not dropshipping experience).
You have worked in a leadership role for another OA Amazon company.
Must have high command of the English language, both in speaking and writing.
Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace and order management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
