Freelance IT & Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled Freelance IT & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team with website management, analytics, and online advertising. If you have expertise in web development, hosting, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Meta, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development & Hosting: Maintain, update, and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime. Build and develop websites according to the designs provided. Manage web hosting, domain configurations, and server maintenance.
- IT Infrastructure & Security: Implement and maintain IT systems, ensure data security, and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Mailchimp and other data tracking tools to monitor key metrics and generate insightful reports for our social media accounts, newsletters, and websites.
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- SEO & Performance Optimization: Conduct audits and implement strategies to improve search rankings and website performance.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance with IT-related issues related to website, software integrations, digital marketing platforms, and network security.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in website development (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS), IT systems management, and hosting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cybersecurity practices, and IT troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data interpretation.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking.
- Experience with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
