We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Adjust inventory levels on Google Sheets based on Sellboard sales data.
Check and respond to messages from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Post new stock on Amazon using ASINs, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor and check daily tracking numbers to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
Experience with Walmart or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
