We are currently expanding our global design team and are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer based in the Philippines to join us remotely.

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer who is proficient in Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes, user workflows, visual mockups, logos, and comprehensive design systems for our clients. This role involves working closely with our product managers, developers, and clients to deliver stunning and intuitive digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and user needs

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD

Design logos, icon sets, and branding elements as needed for client projects

Develop detailed design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency

Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve design solutions

Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Maintain documentation of design processes, assets, and specifications

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for mobile and web applications

Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD

Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, branding, and UI design work

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Reliable internet connection and access to a computer capable of handling design software

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with software development teams

Knowledge of design accessibility standards

Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects is a plus
