JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role primarily focuses on data entry, typing, and light administrative tasks. You’ll be working closely with our remote team to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth data flow across our systems.

Perform high-volume typing with excellent accuracy
Update and maintain records with great attention to detail
Conduct light internet research and collect data as needed
Assist with email and file management
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:

Excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM with high accuracy)
Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and/or MS Office
Fast and reliable internet connection
Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Prior experience in data entry or admin support is a plus
Working Hours:

Part-time (40 hours/week)
Philippine daytime hours preferred (can be flexible)
Salary & Benefits:

Starting at PHP [50000] per month, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses
Long-term position with room to grow
13th-month pay and paid holidays after 6 months
