Our treatments grow hair for 9 out of 10 hair loss sufferers and we give free hair transplants to those who don’t. Backed by science, built with empathy.
We're growing—and looking for a reliable, organized, and curious Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team with research, admin, and execution tasks.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator VA at Dermose, you'll play a key role in keeping marketing initiatives organized and moving forward. You'll help us build media lists, conduct competitor analysis, source influencers, and support content development.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven health tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and updating media and PR contact lists
- Conduct research on influencers, competitors, and market trends
- Organize and track outreach in Google Sheets or CRM
- Help draft and schedule content (email, social, etc.) using templates
- Coordinate follow-ups with leads, partners, or agencies
- Compile brand mentions, news hits, or backlink opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign or outreach progress
- SEO content marketing support
- Ad hoc marketing support tasks as needed

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a VA, marketing assistant, or similar support role
- Strong research and organization skills (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like SurferAI, ChatGPT, SEMrush, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bonus: Experience in startups, health/wellness, or DTC e-commerce

Time Commitment
Estimated: Full time
Flexible hours, but must overlap a couple of hours of PST time
