Customer Service - PHONE

*MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE*

We are hiring a remote phone-based customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for our eCommerce company.
You will be speaking directly with customers, assisting with order updates, answering product-related questions, and resolving basic concerns with a calm and friendly approach.
Strong English communication skills are essential, and a neutral or light accent is preferred. Training and scripts will be provided.
