JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative who understands the ins and outs of short-term rentals and knows how to navigate the complexities of guest communication, review management, and issue resolution across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and ---------- .

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
-Handle review responses, guest feedback, and reputation management across major OTAs.
-Lead damage claim processes with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and ---------- .
-Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and local teams to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively.
-Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
-Years of experience in customer support within the short-term rental industry.
-Proficient in managing claims, escalations, and guest issues across multiple OTAs.
-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in time-sensitive situations.
-A team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
-Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
-Forward-thinking and proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with PMS and guest communication tools (preferrably Streamline but not required)
-Familiarity with short-term rental operations or property management processes.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
